The Property 360 team was tasked with consolidating multiple legacy foreclosure applications into a single platform. Joining the project more than a year into development, I focused on addressing significant UX design debt. I began with a deep exploration of the product space, conducting a heuristic evaluation to identify key areas for improvement. By building strong relationships with the product teams, I earned trust and guided UX decisions through whiteboard sessions and detailed Figma prototypes. The work also generated several new Blueprint design system patterns that continue to support future projects.
